Dear Mr. Hanania,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Ginalo Silawi, whom I consider my very own personal salesman and an excellent sales representative of your dealership.
?I purchased my Acura TL 2010 from your dealership in September, 2010. Mr. Silawi, was my salesman and each time I have come into the dealership to have my car service, I am greeted my Mr. Silawi, with a wonderful smile and pleasant attitude as if it is my first visit.
It makes my visit pleasurable while having my car service. Mr. Hanania, you have a great asset and a real jewel to your dealership in allowing Mr. Gino Silawi, to be a part of your team. I have the highest respect for Mr. Silawi. He is highly knowledgeable about the operations of the cars he sells.
