As an accountant at Hanania Automotive Group, your primary role is to manage the financial operations of the dealership, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You’ll manage vendor accounts from payables to receivables, vehicle titles, check processing, bank reconciliation and so much more.You’ll work closely with other departments, including sales, service, and finance, to ensure the accuracy of financial data and facilitate the flow of information between departments. You’ll also be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, managing inventory, and monitoring cash flow.

As an accountant at a car dealership, you’ll need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements. You’ll also need to stay up to date on changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize the dealership’s financial performance.
