Came in for an oil change left with a dream. I loved loved LOVED my MDX 2022. But I was given a chance to get everything I wanted. The color was not what I would have preferred, but It looks great. I got everything I could think of massage chairs, ambient lights, cooled seats, and touch less tail gate AWD plus so much more. Great experience with this store. The people there are invested and genuine. Israel Walker was our salesman and he was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and informative but ultimately said if we want the car, he would love to help but won’t push because you have to get the best car for you. However, in my opinion Audi’s performance speaks for itself. You either love it or you don’t. So when we test drove, I already knew I loved the product.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Orange park since they had in stock the vehicle that I had done research on and wanted. They happened to have the vehicle I wanted at a good price and what I appreciated the most walking in, was their friendliness and conversational approach, telling them what I wanted, showing me the out the door price and did not tackle any bogus fees. In addition to that the finance manager negotiated another $1,000 of to make up for some of the paperwork's charges, so within three days I came back with a check and the process went very smooth with everyone involved being very accommodating. After driving the car for two days the check engine light came one and noticed there were engine parts missing after popping the hood. I made them aware and right away asked to drop off the car to have it checked out. they confirmed the missing parts and replaced, then even took the car to Jeep since it's not an Audi and uncovered a bigger issue due to a recall which parts were back ordered and would take a long time to fix. The team provided a loaner car until the issue was resolved and even got Jeep to provide the part sooner than expected. Although; it was frustrating having a new car and experiencing issues right away both the sales and service team were exceptional and accommodating and always kept me updated on the progress. Overall, the set back was overshadowed by the teams responsiveness and great service and truly recommend this dealer and their team when purchasing a vehicle. Other dealers should take notice from this Audi team on client service and the overall car buying experience!

Where do I begin first let me start by saying usually buying a car has never been an enjoyable experience for me because of the long process but my experience at Audi of Orange Park was the best I've ever encountered. Our salesmen name was Angel and let me tell you he was unlike any salesmen I have ever encountered.
