5 stars for Chris who is an excellent salesman. He checks every box of everything you could ever want in a salesman. He was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, he wasn’t pushy, he was honest, and he was so easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to get the exact car that I wanted and had it there within the day for me to pick up. You can tell that he puts 100% of his best effort into his job and helping customers.

Car buying is always filled with anxiety, it is even harder when you are shopping to replace a vehicle that was totaled days earlier. We went to Audi Orange Park looking for a used Audi Q5. What we found was kindness, service excellence and an overall atmosphere that was easy, friendly and many who were ready to help in anyway. Ali, brought out several used cars for us to preview, in a moment the sticker of the new car in the showroom caught my eye. I asked and he introduced me to Andy, the sales manager. Andy and Ali made me an offer I had to accept. That easy! Lots of patience and helpfulness at this dealership. Thanks, Andy, Ali, Saif and everyone who helped us with this purchase. Kindness is magic.

If I could give more stars I would. Sales guy Joe was amazing and we were in and out in under 2 hours with our brand new Elantra. He went above and beyond what we expected to get and found exactly the car we wanted. We even got a better rate than my credit union offered. Highly recommend going and seeing Joe you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be going back when we are ready for another great deal! Thank you Joe!!!!!

I went in looking for a vehicle on 05.03.2025; not a particular model but more so of my price range. I was greeted by salesman Kendrick; who stuck with me throughout my whole process. He was very patient during my process of picking a vehicle, test driving, me continuously telling him why I didn't like some of the vehicles; including a certain color. But he remained patient and made sure I was getting what I wanted. One of the managers Charles S was excellent as well. We talked, shook hands I agreed to trust him that he would work it all out for me. He is a man of his word, and he did work it all out for me!! The gentleman (can't remember his name) that I sealed the deal with was awesome as well, very thorough in explaining all my paperwork. I can only speak from my experience and it was an excellent. I highly recommend. I left that day with my brand new 2025 FORESTER

I saw the advertisement online and didn’t believe at first . Decided to go check it out . And I didn’t even expect anything at all just wanted to check it out . But let me tell you what , after 2,5 hours and 500$ down payment I was holding my keys for the 2025 brand new Eclipse Cross and was all set and ready to go home . My sales person Josiah was amazing ! If you looking for a car and you don’t have a perfect credit and no down payment I highly reccomend !! They will do everything to help you out

My experience at Miami Acura was nothing but positive and I cannot recommend Wesley Skyers enough. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed or pressured, this process was made extremely easy all thanks to him and I am looking forward to my services at this dealership.

The service advisor kept me apprised of the issue throughout the process. And fortunately informed me I didn’t have to pay a single penny. He even filled up my gas tank! Was very pleased with the service and Dan was great to work with. Thank you for Subaru excellence!!!

Had a fantastic experience with the Audi of Jacksonville team. From Ryan our Salesman, to George the Finance Manager, to Alex the Business Manager. We purchased this 22 SQ5 CPO car from out of state in Massachusetts, flew down and drove it home 1100 miles. They dealt with getting us plates back home, and temporary plates to drive the vehicle. Overall wonderful experience would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 BMW X1 from Hanania Volkswagen of Orange Park. Scott was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He made sure all my questions were answered and made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. He was also very personable and even joked around with my dad, which made the whole experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Financing was straightforward and not a hassle at all. I never felt pressured, and everything was handled efficiently. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Acura since 2012 and I have to say by far this has been the best experience purchasing a vehicle. Gus and John were fantastic and the pricing was right. They were very honest and transparent with pricing and the car info. I returned for a quick maintenance issue and the employees at parts and service were all gracious and professional. I will definitely return to buy Acura #6!

Everyone at this store is so nice and friendly. Vanessa is the best! If it wasn't for her keeping up with me I would have never gotten my brand new Hyundai Elantra. Patrick work his magic and I am so grateful. They were so thoughtful that they literally picked me up and tooke home until my car was ready. I know have left a lot of people out but they are all wonderful. Run, don't walk, to Westside Hyundai and let them send you home in a nice ride. You will not regret it.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received at Hanania. They worked very hard to put me in the vehicle I truly wanted. Everyone was extremely respectful, not pushy & caring. I love the fact that they give to so many charities as well. Cody was my salesperson & even on his day off, he was checking on my tinting and paint protection. Today, my husband and had the honor of purchasing our first 24 and 25 year model GV80 Genesis at the Hyundai orange park. I can tell you that I received nothing but the most professional care from the beginning to the end of the sell. Really, I give all the props to Andrew, Clifford and Lamar. They were friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They worked together as a team to make sure that my husband and were satisfied with our purchase for which I say, a job well done.

I had the pleasure of working with Khalil Dempsey. From the moment I walked in, Khalil had the biggest smile and ready to help. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the VW brand. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explaining the features, pros, and cons of the models I was interested in, without any pressure to make a quick decision. What really impressed me was his deep understanding of the car, safety features, and technology—he was able to highlight details I wouldn't have noticed on my own. He even took the time to show me how the car’s tech worked hands-on, which was incredibly helpful. I was there late and only few people left at the dealership and the price wasn't working out. Khalil made the extra effort to contact the GM and make a deal. Highly recommend Khalil, if you're looking for someone who truly knows their stuff! Hamlet De Jesus did the purchasing agreement and paperwork and was great to deal with who quickly processed everything without any issues. Overall, recommend this dealership.

My Subaru needed some work. Gavin in the service department was outstanding. He gave me options and helped sort out a plan that worked for both of us. They gave me a new Forester as a courtesy loaner, however I'm Happy to have my legacy back. Hopefully all her problems have been properly addressed. I've been a loyal Subaru owner my whole life.

My husband and I traveled over an hour to do business at Coconut Point and I am so glad we did. Frankie was an amazing sales associate. He was kind and really walked us through everything and made us feel comfortable with everything. Knowing we lived far away he went out of his way to make a video tour of the vehicle so we knew exactly what we were seeing when we got there. My husband and I agreed that this is the first dealership where we feel we really got a great deal for our vehicle and trade in. There was no pressure and no rude people pushing numbers down our throats.Also the dealership was beautiful and even had a kid zone which we've never seen in a dealership before. 10/10 recommend, we're already thinking about going back when we're ready to upgrade!

I bought a 2022 Acura MDX from Kelly in December 2024. I am so happy with my purchase and Kelly's help. He made my purchase so easy and pleasant. He just sent me a notification the other day for my 1st service. I scheduled with him. So so easy. I wish I could give them more stars. 😊😊

My experience was exceptional with Pittsburgh Porche. From the beginning when I was greeted by Coleman. My husband showed him the car I wanted and it was at ease from then on. No we were not at the dealership all day. If anyone will work for you Porsche of Pittsburgh will do it. We were going to purchase a car in SC but we were in town and got a termerious deal and treated with respect. Shout out to the GM , finance guy , use car dealer...but most of all Coleman!!!

I came to Acura to buy a vehicle and I was attended by Joshua Abreu. He was kind, attentive and professional. He helped me get the best deal for my trade in. I came in looking for an MDX and Joshua made it possible for me to drive out the dealership with a brand new MDX with the payment plans I was expecting. My husband and I drove in, in a preowned 2018 Honda - unsure of what to expect, we certainly didn't expect to leave there in a brand new 2025 Hyundai Elantra! Que provided exceptional service and did everything in her power to get us into a new vehicle, with all of the features we named in the beginning, while staying in our price range.
