Today, my husband and had the honor of purchasing our first 24 and 25 year model GV80 Genesis at the Hyundai orange park. I can tell you that I received nothing but the most professional care from the beginning to the end of the sell. Really, I give all the props to Andrew, Clifford and Lamar. They were friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They worked together as a team to make sure that my husband and were satisfied with our purchase for which I say, a job well done.

My experience was exceptional with Pittsburgh Porche. From the beginning when I was greeted by Coleman. My husband showed him the car I wanted and it was at ease from then on. No we were not at the dealership all day. If anyone will work for you Porsche of Pittsburgh will do it. We were going to purchase a car in SC but we were in town and got a termerious deal and treated with respect. Shout out to the GM , finance guy , use car dealer...but most of all Coleman!!!

The team here is great thank you Megan for helping me set a appointment and had most of the process handled before I got to the dealer , I worked with Roberto when I got there he was very professional , Lamar checked up multiple times to make sure everything was good when it came to numbers thank you to the whole team here at genesis.

This review is purely for the sales portion of the experience. Worked remotely with Gustavo Cardenas and John Sanchez. I've never had a team pick up the phone as fast or returned calls/text messages as quickly as these two have. You call and they are on it. The sales portion went incredibly easy, the follow up and transport which was an entirely different company left a bit to be desired, in retrospect I should have asked for them to toss in an Apple Airtag as John relentlessly called to figure out the location of the vehicle. It did get picked up from Miami and arrived in the SF Bay Area in under the 2-weeks they promised. Now, hoping John finds the second key to the vehicle.

My salesman Andrew was great! Had everything prepped and ready when I arrive. I was in and out in less than an hour with my new Integra Type S!

Today I had the pleasure of getting a new car at this lovely dealership. Jamaris was my salesman and he took the absolute best care of me. I have visited several other dealerships and I can’t tell you how many times I was given the run around with aggressive haggling. I am happy to say that my experience here was the complete opposite. Jamaris took the time to understand not only what I was interested in, but also what my budget was. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure that my experience and this process was as seamless as possible. I truly believe if there were more salesmen like him more people would buy cars! I have nothing but great things to say about Jamaris and I am beyond grateful for my experience today. He was kind professional, but most importantly he was honest. I am so thrilled to be driving away in a new vehicle today. If I could give him 20 stars, I would.

Sales was great. Coleman was very helpful in getting my 992.2, and they also have a large inventory.

Everyone here was very kind. I was trading in an older vehicle that had seen better days. We had a great laugh about the duct tape holding up the cracked visor, but the car was not really in horrible shape just small fix it items that as a recent widow I did not want to deal with. I knew what vehicle I wanted so it was probably the easiest sale for them. The price was higher than other dealerships for the same make, model, year and similar mileage (the selling point was the interior color). This is now my 4th Porsche so I knew exactly what I was looking for and the options I wanted in this addition to our family. The car itself is actually pristine and they did an amazing job on the delivery and presentation. I loved the cute touch of putting a bow on it for when my daughter and I walked out to her new car. Brianna went above and beyond to ensure I had a full understanding of the contract and exactly what the total cost and breakdown entailed. I would definitely recommend the team. It is very rare to have a perfect experience but in this case we had a hiccup with the financing and Brianna made it right. Because of Brianna’s integrity, and customer first attitude I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from Hanania in the near future.

Love my New Atlas and had a great buying experience with Scott and Hamlet. They were accommodating and flexible and really made me feel like they cared about me and my needs. We looked at several different brands and models and landed on the Atlas because of our experience there.

We had an excellent experience with Gustavo and the whole team at Miami Acura! We appreciated their courtesy to us as a family and helping us reach a fair deal on our new vehicle. We are beyond excited. We highly recommend the Miami Acura team when searching for your new luxury vehicle!

Everyone was nice. It was just upsetting that the manager tells me by phone that the lease is $369 a month with 10k miles and $2k down. When I get there they want $4k down and they failed to mention that number did not include taxes. Then, when we agree on a deal they don’t have the vehicle charged and can’t give me the charging cable that comes with it. Service department is closed on Sunday. You’d think if they plan on doing business on the weekend they would have the cable to charge the car. I left with only 20% charge and had to wait for them to deliver the cable the next day. The people were nice enough and professional but not ready to have everything we needed when we drove off the lot. Our salesman Dion was patient and helpful. And he was on time with the delivery the next day. Nice ride and even though there were some bumps along the way we are happy with the car.

I’ve been looking at cars for a few days trying to find one that I like at an affordable price. I found one here that I liked but it was gone by the time I showed up. I spoke with Jamaris and told him my price range and what I was looking for and he helped me find a BRAND NEW car and also worked to get it at a price that was affordable for me. I was super nervous as a car is a big purchase, but he made me feel super comfortable and knowledgeable on the car and the purchase I was making. Not only that, but he was super patient with me throughout the entire process. Jamaris has been the absolute best person I’ve ever worked with when trying to get a car and he absolutely deserves a raise !!

The guys at Porsche of Pittsburgh were super easygoing, hospitable, and caring. We negotiated quickly on a vehicle I purchased out of state. I flew in inspected it and it looked incredible. Signed some paperwork and in 30 minutes or less I was out of the door. They picked me up from the airport, took me to get coffee, then we headed to the dealership to close the deal on my new to me F82 M4 Comp All in all a great experience and a special thank you to Joe the general sales manager and Kevin the sales associate who went out of his way to pick me up and show me the car.

I’m so happy to have dealt with professional business personnel at Miami Acura ! We were in the market for TLX type S. We were approached by sales rep Joshua Abreu. Joshua introduced himself showed us a few cars! We were happy to find a TLX 23 With low miles. We were happy to say that we purchased a vehicle after we spoke with the manager, John Sanchez! The service department at Audi of Jacksonville is fantastic. From the moment I arrived after a check engine light popped on, I was greeted and treated in a friendly professional manner and was made to feel welcome and important. My wait was brief and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the video from the service technician that described the issue while I waited.

Aiden provided the most top tier quality experience as expected with these premium cars. When paying for a car like an Audi, you want to be treated as such. Aiden delivered just that, and the management are aggressive to really get you the deal you want. They also trust their customers, so you know they can be trusted as well. I am thoroughly impressed with the team.

I can’t explain the experience that we had with Jacksonville Audi. We are forever grateful. Professionalism at its highest standards, courtesy friendly and certainly went beyond the call of duty. We are on vacation with our Audi and having vehicle trouble with our engine, after stopping in several towns and could find no one to work on our Audi. One phone call to Jacksonville Audi and they immediately scheduled us to have our vehicle repaired even though we was 3 hours away, upon our arrival later that evening after business hours they voluntarily took us to a hotel where we stayed the night, then picked us up the next morning when our vehicle was completed. We want to personally thank, Frank, Gambit, Aaron and lastly the management team at Audi Jacksonville. We highly recommend this location and professional services for all your vehicle needs. I definitely recommend working with this dealership if you’re looking into getting a new or used car. The mangers and Andrew(in the service department) was very helpful and patience with my situation. But as a sale representative, I would highly recommend working with Benache Dore. He is a very knowledgeable person that will explain every step of the process in a clear and concise way, always make sure that you are comfortable and satisfied with everything before making your final decision and make sure the process is smooth and efficient for the customers.
